Overview

Michael Holler is an associate in the Westport, Connecticut office where he handles cybersecurity and data privacy matters, as well as complex civil matters, including general commercial litigation, catastrophic injury, professional liability and employment.

Michael graduated from the University of Connecticut School of Law with his J.D. and a Certificate in Human Rights. While in law school, he worked as a legal intern for the Office of the Attorney General Privacy and Data Security Department and for the Connecticut General Assembly Joint Committee on Judiciary. He earned his undergraduate degree in Political Science and History from the University of Connecticut.

Following law school, Michael gained experience representing clients in civil cases involving employment, municipal law, contract law, environmental matters, and trusts and estates. He then served as a Deputy Assistant Public Defender for three years, representing hundreds of clients through criminal proceedings prior to joining WSHB.
