Litigator and cybersecurity attorney Christopher Seusing is the newest partner to join WSHB's New York office. Well known for his impressive experience as a commercial and complex litigation attorney, Seusing is also nationally sought after for his expertise in cybersecurity, e-Discovery and information governance.

Seusing’s broad experience includes representation of companies and professionals in complex litigation matters around the country, and counseling clients on responding to data breach incidents and regulatory inquiries. He drafts information management policies and procedures in compliance with privacy regulations, coordinates domestic and international collections of terabytes of data, trains and monitors forensic and document review teams, and collaborates with case teams to implement cost-effective processes using state-of-the-art litigation tools, including analytics and technology-assisted review.
Seusing is also a member of WSHB’s Rapid Response team, working onsite at catastrophic events to help ensure that evidence is preserved and effectively gathered for use in potential claims and litigation.
Seusing has repeatedly been recognized as a "Rising Star" by Massachusetts Super Lawyers. Seusing graduated cum laude from Suffolk University Law School, where he was a member of the Moot Court Honor Board and Vice President of the Journal of Trial & Appellate Advocacy. He received his Bachelor of Arts cum laude from Stonehill College.
