Overview
Ashley Beagle is a partner based out of WSHB’s Riverside office. Known for her litigation prowess in a variety of fields, Ashley's civil litigation practice includes transportation matters, catastrophic injury, products liability, labor and employment, construction matters and property damage. Ashley fiercely advocates for our clients which include individuals, corporations, public entities, trucking companies, and builders. She brings to each matter a thoughtful resolution strategy tailored to achieve the best results for the client. Ashley regularly practices in state and federal court and has successfully represented clients at arbitration and trial. Her recent successes include securing a multi-million dollar jury verdict in a high profile subrogation matter and obtaining favorable outcomes in multi-million dollar construction disputes.
In her transportation practice, Ashley has substantial experience handling complex litigated matters for individuals, small businesses, trucking companies, owner-operators, ridesharing companies, fixed route bus and paratransit service providers, and public entities. Ashley also provides rapid response handling of transportation accidents. She regularly handles high exposure catastrophic injury cases involving wrongful death, amputation, and traumatic brain injury claims.
Ashley regularly handles a variety of complex employment matters including wrongful termination, wage and hour, PAGA, discrimination, disability, sexual harassment, and class actions. This includes pre-litigation investigation, claim assessment and response, representation at EDD and pre-litigation agency hearings and litigation of claims in court and in arbitration.
She also regularly represents public and private owners, residential and commercial builders, and design professionals in complex construction law matters involving mechanic liens, stop notices, bond claims, payment disputes, construction defects, delay and inefficiency claims, differing site conditions, change order claims, and False Claims Act disputes. As part of her practice, Ashley works with various construction industry clients from preparing and drafting procurement documents for new projects to trial and arbitration of complex construction disputes. This work includes representation of the largest community college district in the nation regarding the implementation and administration of its $6 billion construction bond program.
