Overview

Courtney Scharpf is senior counsel in WSHB’s New York office, where she specializes in complex construction, labor law, premises liability, and appellate work.  Courtney received her Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice from Sacred Heart University in 2012. Following her undergraduate degree, Courtney attended Quinnipiac University School of Law where she was an early graduate and received her Juris Doctor in 2014.

Courtney is also experienced in handling all facets of transportation and commercial litigation, in addition to litigating coverage issues and defending construction accident claims through subrogation. Courtney is licensed to practice in both New York and New Jersey State Courts.
