Giving Back Is How We Move Forward.
Wood Smith Henning & Berman is committed to participating in and contributing to charitable events and activities. The firm encourages individual attorneys to participate in pro bono work and charitable organizations, including service as board members and in other leadership positions. As a firm, we participate in established charitable organizations and have started our own initiatives. By partnering with our building industry clients, we have built homes for deserving individuals through Habitat for Humanity. For the last five years, each of our offices has “adopted” families selected by local social services organizations and provided complete Thanksgiving meals for them and fulfilled their holiday wish lists. In this way, we have helped hundreds of individuals who otherwise would have gone without to enjoy the holidays.
Our attorneys, staff and clients are from varying backgrounds. This inspires us to create opportunities for those who often are overlooked. By giving back, we hope to help others achieve something they once thought impossible, whether it is good health, a new job, or making a home for their children.
