WSHB's Keith Smith is scheduled to lead a legal seminar titled, “Change Order Notice and Content Requirements,” on Thursday, September 15, 2016, for the Southern California Chapter of the Construction Management Association of America (CMAA) at the Marriott in Riverside, California.
This September’s seminar is scheduled to cover the following issues: changed conditions provisions of industry contracts, alternative provisions, waiver for failure to strictly comply, arguments against waiver, public vs. private projects, and California and federal case law.
