At the upcoming annual CLM conference, set to take place this year in Atlanta, Georgia, partner Constance Endelicato will be sharing her expertise and insight on a panel entitled, "Oh No You Didn't: Social Media Strategies for the Professional." She will be leading this important discussion with fellow legal professionals Robert Blasio of GB Specialty (Division of Gallagher Bassett) and Benjamin Haftel on August 12, 2021 at 10:10 a.m.
The panelists will address litigation and licensure issues that may be impacted by social media blunders, best practices for handling negative posts or reviews, and better utilization of social media for the purpose of enhancing a personal career or an organization as a whole. In addition, the panel will engage in discussion surrounding the pitfalls and solutions for any professional who falls prey after making self- indulgent posts on social media or arguing with clients in a public forum.
Constance Endelicato is a partner in WSHB's Los Angeles office. An accomplished trial lawyer, she is vastly experienced in defending professional liability claims.
