You must be licensed in California - no exceptions. Experience in single-plaintiff employment and wage & hour experience (especially group wage & hour) are required. Associate would play pivotal role in growing a rapidly expanding and dynamic national and West Coast employment practice. Strong writing skills, being a self-starter, disciplined, and proactive are a must.
