Candidate must be admitted to the Rhode Island State Bar with an additional admission in the State of Massachusetts. Excellent research and writing skills are required. Experience in insurance defense practice areas of premise liability, products liability, professional liability, construction, dram shop litigation and/or employment are preferred, as well as some coverage experience.
