WSHB is seeking a talented coverage litigation associate with a minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience to join its first-party property coverage practice team in Houston. This position is ideal for attorneys with experience representing insurers in first-party property coverage claims.
Candidates must be admitted to the Texas Bar – no exceptions. The ideal candidate will have excellent research and writing skills, a deep understanding of first-party property coverage issues, and experience advising insurers on policy interpretation, coverage analysis, and litigation strategy. Familiarity with carrier billing and reporting guidelines is essential. While prior experience in other areas such as general liability, personal injury, construction, or trucking litigation is valued, expertise handling first-party property coverage claims is mandatory.
