Philadelphia partner, Andrew Kessler, has recently been named as Legal Counsel for The Northeast Community Center for Behavioral Health. In addition to providing advice on contractual issues, matters concerning the Mental Health Procedures Act, and various employment related concerns, Mr. Kessler will represent The Northeast Community Center for Behavioral Health with regard to any litigation and administrative matters which also might arise.
