Constance Endelicato, Partner at Wood, Smith, Henning & Berman’s Los Angeles office, was named to the Daily Journal’s “Top 100 Women Lawyers in California” list for 2016. The list, published in both of the Los Angeles and San Francisco Daily Journal, recognizes California attorneys with “excellent lawyering and leadership skills among women attorneys in California” and legal work making a significant impact.
The Daily Journal was impressed that Constance is unbeaten in the courtroom. According to the feature, “You might say Endelicato is batting 1,000. After 60 trials over more than 25 years defending healthcare professionals and providers, she has never lost a case.” The legal publication was also impressed that Constance is one of the small group of women in the United States that are members of the American Board of Trial Advocates. It’s believed Constance is the only female member of ABOTA in the United States with as many trials under her belt who remains undefeated.
“Garnering recognition as one of the top 100 lawyers in California for cutting-edge legal work is a lifetime achievement,” said Steve Henning, a founding partner at WSHB. “After all, there are over 170,000 lawyers who are members of the California State Bar. To be honored as one of the top 100 is huge.”
Constance’s cases range from catastrophic injuries, including birth injury, spinal cord injury and brain injury, to wrongful death actions and mass tort litigation. She is widely known as one of the leading trial lawyers representing physicians in all disciplines of medicine, hospitals, nurses, surgery centers, skilled nursing facilities and allied health professionals.
