Nine lawyers from WSHB are recognized on this year’s list of 2017 Rising Stars®. The attorneys honored on this year's list are 40 years or younger and demonstrate the finest qualities of a good lawyer: first-rate legal skills, preparation, judgment, creativity, dedication and ethics. No more than 2.5 percent of the lawyers in each state are named to the renowned Rising Stars list.
Honorees this year from Los Angeles are Emil Macasinag, Senior Counsel, and Amy Pennington, Partner.
From Northern California, honorees are Kevin Gillispie, Partner, Concord; Alicia Kennon, Partner, Concord; and Eugene Zinovyev, Senior Associate, Concord.
Timothy Shea, Senior Counsel in the Firm’s Seattle office, is also honored.
From WSHB’s Phoenix office, Jason Mullis, Managing Partner, and Jodi Mullis, Partner, also made the 2017 list.
In Florida, Eric Morales, Senior Associate in the Tampa and Miami offices, was also included in this year’s list.
“We value our selections to Rising Stars because the choices come from our peers,” said Dan Berman, Firm Chairman and Founding Partner. “It is truly an honor and a validation of all of the great work we do at WSHB that 9 of our best were named to this year’s list.”
