Congratulations Sheila Fix who received the prestigious Gold Star for her outstanding achievements during her service as the Staff Judge Advocate (legal advisor) for RCC Southwest and twenty Navy Operational Support Centers in California, New Mexico, Arizona, Colorado, Nevada, Hawaii, and Guam. Sheila, a Captain in the Navy Reserve JAG Corps, was presented the Meritorious Service Medal last week in a ceremony which took place in the Federal District Court in Los Angeles.
