WSHB is proud to announce six of our lawyers are included on this year’s Super Lawyers® Lists, all with top ratings. Each of the WSHB attorneys included on this year’s list has consistently earned the blue ribbon selection to the Super Lawyers list year after year.
Only 5% of attorneys nationwide are selected to the Super Lawyers list. Super Lawyers is a rating service of highly credentialed attorneys from more than 70 practice areas who have attained a high-degree of peer recognition and professional achievement. The selection process includes independent research, peer nominations and peer evaluations.

Individual partners receiving the Super Lawyer designation are as follows:
Daniel Berman, co-founder and firm chairman, has been recognized as a “Top Rated Business Litigation Attorney” in Los Angeles. This is Dan’s tenth time on the Super Lawyers’ list.
Constance Endelicato, a partner in WSHB's Los Angeles office has been designated as a Super Lawyer from 2010-2017 and is also recognized as a “Top Rated Medical Malpractice Attorney.”
WSHB partner and co-founder Stephen Henning is identified as a “Top Rated Construction Litigation Attorney” in Los Angeles and has enjoyed Super Lawyer status for more than a decade, from 2006-2017.
Brian Hoffman, a partner in WSHB's Los Angeles office, has been named to the Super Lawyers Lists from 2009-2017. He is also recognized as a “Top Rated Medical Malpractice Attorney” in Los Angeles.
Janice Michaels, a partner in WSHB’s Las Vegas office, was designated a “Top Rated Construction Litigation Attorney” in Las Vegas. Michaels has made the Nevada Super Lawyers lists each year from 2013 – 2017.
David Wood, partner and co-founder at WSHB, is listed as a “Top Rated Environmental Attorney” in Los Angeles. Wood has also enjoyed Super Lawyer status for more than 10 years.
