Hellner and his team are well known for consistent results in all areas of employment law, defending claims under federal, state and local anti-discrimination, wage protection and accommodation laws, as well as litigating both domestic and international employment disputes, fiduciary liability, nondisclosure and trade secret issues in commercial and business litigation and dispute resolution.

He received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Carnegie Mellon and his Juris Doctor from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law. Hellner is admitted to the New York and Connecticut State Bars, the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York, Eastern District of New York, Western District of New York and the District of Connecticut, as well as the Mohegan Tribal Gaming Disputes Court.
