WSHB is proud to announce the opening of its newest office in Hartford, Connecticut, led by managing partner, Jacqueline Maulucci, and a team of accomplished lawyers.
Jacqueline is a renowned trial lawyer with a strong track record of defending high-profile catastrophic cases. Her expertise includes cases against companies, individuals, medical professionals, and their staff, as well as defending premises liability claims and automobile accidents. She represents employers and companies against discrimination claims and has been recognized for her ability to handle even the most challenging cases.

Kate Adams also joins the partnership, handling complex matters throughout Connecticut. With extensive experience in insurance coverage and complex litigation, Kate is a perfect addition to the Connecticut team. Her expertise covers a broad range of coverage issues under commercial general liability, homeowners and property policies, professional liability, and automobile liability. Kate is widely sought out for her counsel on best claim-handling practices and has significant experience litigating commercial liability, employment practices liability, and general liability cases.
Megan Michaud also joins the Hartford office as senior counsel, focusing her practice on defending companies and employers against workers' compensation claims. She handles employment and labor law cases involving discrimination, wrongful termination, and wage violations, as well as cases involving FLSA, Title VII, and the ADA. Megan is celebrated for her abilities in successfully handling dispositive motions and obtaining favorable settlements for her clients in Connecticut state and federal courts.
Rounding out the new team in Hartford is senior counsel, Aaron Cruz, who centers his practice on employment and labor law, workers' compensation, insurance coverage, and non-medical professional liability. In his prior practice, Aaron defended private and public employers in wage and hours disputes, breach of contract, wrongful termination, discrimination, and harassment.
