During her time in law school, Marjie was an active member of the Public Interest Law Foundation and gained valuable experience interning with Nevada Attorney General's Office and the Clark County Nevada Public Defender. She received several prestigious awards including the CALI Award, Witkin Award, and Jefferson Medal for Trial Practice.
