Winners to be announced at 2015 CLM Annual Conference
Los Angeles, California – March 12, 2015 - Daniel A. Berman, Founding and Managing Partner at Wood, Smith, Henning & Berman LLP, is a finalist for the 2015 CLM Professionals of the Year. The finalists and winners of this prestigious award will be honored at the 2015 Claims & Litigation Management Alliance Annual Conference on March 25th in Palm Desert, CA.
Berman is one of four national finalists in the Outside Counsel category. Finalists were chosen from a record number of nominations based on their commitment to the profession, leadership in the industry, and contribution to the success of their company or clients. Members of the CLM Advisory Board will select one winner in each of the three categories, which include Claim Management, Litigation Management, and Outside Counsel.

Berman co-founded and has served for the past 8 years as the Managing Partner of Wood, Smith, Henning & Berman. During his tenure, WSHB has steadily grown to a 160 attorney law firm with 17 offices throughout Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Nevada, New Jersey, Connecticut, New York, Oregon and Washington. Berman has been intimately involved with the management of the firm from its inception, overseeing the firm’s strategic and financial operations. Representing Fortune 500 companies, major US and foreign insurers, and preeminent members of the business and entertainment communities, Berman is a recognized authority on commercial and business litigation.
