WSHB Partner Jade Tran (Orange County) has been named to Lawyers of Color's inaugural "Nation's Best" list, which recognizes law firm partners and senior-level corporate counsel. Selection is based on noteworthy accomplishments and a commitment to diversity and inclusion in the legal profession.
"Jade's inclusion as one of the best lawyers in the nation is something that speaks volumes to the firm's commitment to diversity," said Victoria Ersoff, named partner shortly after the firm was founded over 20 years ago. "I'm proud that we underscore our commitment to diversity in the recruitment, training and promotion of our attorneys and, ultimately, the selection of our partners."
Lawyers of Color is a 501(c)(3) non-profit devoted to promoting diversity in the legal profession and advancing democracy and equality in marginalized communities.
"Jade brings to every case a unique perspective, she is highly revered by her peers, tenacious, laser-smart and savvy in the courtroom. I'm so proud her talent has been recognized in the inclusion of the best by Lawyers of Color,” said WSHB Partner Constance Endelicato. “I’m particularly pleased with Jade’s recognition because it goes to the heart of diversity, bringing talented lawyers together from different backgrounds who share a wide-range of perspectives – and this in turn fuels innovation and results,"
"We are incredibly proud Jade has been selected for this prestigious honor as one of the best lawyers in the nation," said Stephen Henning, one of the co-founders of WSHB. "Jade started her career here as a summer associate and has gained national recognition for her string of successful trial results.
