Overview

Alexis Schuler, a member of the senior counsel class at WSHB, specializes in complex civil litigation. She excels in litigating issues related to complex torts and casualties, construction defects, and contract disputes. Alexis has dedicated her practice to defending property owners, business owners, employers, trucking companies, and technology firms in superior courts across California, and federal district courts.

She is well-versed in all phases of litigation, from case inception through discovery, law and motion work, and trial preparation. The Litigation Management Institute, a leading certification program in the industry, has recognized Alexis' expertise in litigation management by designating her a Certified Litigation Management Professional.

Alexis is a graduate of California Western School of Law. During her time in law school, she was inducted into the Public Service Honors Society for contributing over 250 hours as a law clerk for judges in the criminal department of the East County branch of the San Diego Superior Court. She received her undergraduate degree in Psychology and Political Science from the University of Arizona.
