Overview
Ali Delforoush is a senior associate in WSHB's Northern California office, where he handles complex civil litigation, specializing in construction litigation, business and commercial litigation, and professional liability. In his practice, Ali represents private individuals and public entities as well as major financial institutions.
Ali is a graduate of Boston University School of Law, where he received an LL.M along with an International Business Practice Concentration Certificate. He received his Bachelor's Degree in Law & Society and Political Science from York University in Toronto, Canada.
Prior to law school, Ali served as an advisor and special assistant to a member of the Canadian Parliament where he drafted proposed legislature and policy along with meeting several world leaders, including Canada's Prime Minister Justin Trudeau.
A native of Tehran, Iran, Ali is a passionate human rights advocate. He is a published author of a non-fiction political science book, titled "The Iranian Chronicles: Unveiling the Dark Truths of the Islamic Republic," which he wrote while in law school.
Ali is fluent in Farsi/Persian.
