Amir has over 15 years of combined business and legal experience, including more than five years of direct legal work experience. He is a graduate of Cooley Law School in Tampa, Florida. Amir received four Book Awards in Contracts, Pre-Trial Skills, Trial Skills, and Advocacy during law school. He also participated in two national moot court competitions and the annual Florida moot court competition.
Before embarking upon a career in law, Amir was an advisor/consultant for a private capital investment firm and two tech startups. He has worked with businesses of various sizes, including global Fortune 1000 companies.
