Overview
Andre Arias is an accomplished associate attorney at WSHB's White Plains office. He specializes in handling employment practices liability claims and professional liability matters.
He graduated from the Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University. While there, Andre was recognized as one of the top four oral advocates in his graduating class as selected by the school's Advanced Appellate Advocacy Competition.
Mr. Arias was born and raised in the Hudson Valley, where he resides today. While pursuing his Bachelor's and throughout law school, he worked as an events coordinator specializing in weddings in New York City and Westchester County.
Andre is licensed to practice law in New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut and federally in the Southern District of New York, Eastern District of New York, and District of New Jersey. Before joining WSHB, he gained invaluable experience in consumer class actions, litigating cases nationwide.
