Overview
Andrew’s practice focuses on construction defect, transportation, real estate professional liability and general liability matters. For over a decade Andrew has regularly represented residential and mixed-use developers, property owners and general contractors in complex, multi-party litigation involving a variety of construction claims including claims related to geotechnical, civil, structural, plumbing and architectural defects. He also routinely represents clients in the areas of transportation and automotive law including wrongful death, traumatic brain injury and catastrophic injury claims. Andrew has continuously defended contractors, property owners, property management companies and tenants against a variety of personal injury and property damage matters including construction worksite accidents, trip/slip and fall and water/fire damage claims. More recently, Andrew has expanded his practice to include defense of real estate professionals in residential and commercial transactions related to alleged misrepresentations, failure to disclose and fraud allegations.
Andrew has secured countless victories for our clients, at all stages of litigation, through aggressive law and motion practice, successful risk transfer tactics, effective negotiation and dispute resolution techniques. He also has served as National Coordinating Counsel for nearly a decade working with insurance carriers and clients to oversee claims nationwide in construction defect, environmental, trucking and real estate professional liability matters. Andrew also routinely advises clients on risk management and potential general liability exposure and has represented clients in both Federal and State matters.
