Overview

Blake Nosratian has a broad range of experience in various areas of law, including real estate, construction, business litigation, premises liability, product liability, habitability, and insurance. He is committed to providing the highest quality legal services grounded in hard work, expertise, diligence, and dependability, balanced with a creative and cost-sensitive approach to litigation and dispute resolution.

Blake has acted as counsel in numerous multi-million dollar residential and commercial construction matters. His clients include Fortune 500 companies, several of California's largest publicly-held and privately-held builders, real estate developers, contractors, construction managers, and design professionals. He has extensive experience in all aspects of the litigation process, including legal research and analysis, discovery, depositions, mediation, arbitration, and motion work.

He earned his J.D. and a Certificate in Dispute Resolution from Pepperdine University's Caruso School of Law. Blake also holds a B.A. in International Relations from Brown University. During his undergraduate studies, Blake served as president of the International Relations Undergraduate Group and was an editor for the Brown Political Review.

Fluent in Farsi, Blake also speaks conversational Spanish and French. Outside of work, he enjoys skiing, golfing, and taking long walks on the beach.
