Overview
Catherine Ingersoll is an associate attorney at the Westport, Connecticut, office of WSHB, where she handles all aspects of complex civil litigation.
She graduated cum laude from Quinnipiac University School of Law, serving as President of the Mock Trial Honor Society and as the Research and Symposium Editor for the Health Law Journal. During her time in law school, Catherine organized a symposium titled “Cognitive Testing of Doctors Ages 65 Years or Older – Necessary or Discriminatory” and published a note, “Setting a Standard: Using Psychiatric Fitness-For-Duty Examinations to Determine Whether a President is Fit to Serve,” in Volume 26 of the Quinnipiac Health Law Journal. Catherine is also the proud recipient of the 2023 Oberst Mock Trial Award and the Excellence in Oral Advocacy Award.
She earned her undergraduate degree in labor and employment relations from Pennsylvania State University.
