Overview
Chelsey Pankratz is a senior associate attorney in the Jacksonville and Orlando offices of WSHB. She represents builders, developers, and general contractors in various matters, including construction defect claims, contract disputes, and insurance coverage issues.
Chelsey graduated from the University of Florida Levin College Law School. While in law school, she was a competition team member of the Alternative Dispute Resolution Team and a teaching assistant for the Trial Practice class. She was also a general board member of the John Marshall Bar Association, worked as a Student Recruitment team member in the Office of Admissions, and was an Ambassador for the Introduction to Law School and the Profession program. Additionally, Chelsey served as a Judicial Extern for the Honorable Suzanne Bass in Florida's Fourth Judicial Circuit.
She is a member of the Jacksonville Bar Association, the Florida Association for Women Lawyers, and the Jacksonville Women Lawyers Association, where she previously served as the Communications Director on the Board.
Outside of her professional life, Chelsey enjoys soaking up the Florida sunshine, reading, participating in CrossFit, spending time with her two dogs, and cheering for Alabama football.
