Overview
Christopher McClain is an experienced senior associate at WSHB's White Plains office. He handles employment practices liability claims and professional liability matters. Christopher represents employers that are subject to suit by employees for harassment and discrimination in the workplace, including violations of Federal Statutes such as Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, the ADA, ADEA, wage and hour claims, and the applicable state statutes. He also represents professionals against claims based on alleged errors and omissions in the performance of their professional services. He additionally defends directors and officers against claims alleging fraud, negligence, and breach of fiduciary duties.
Before joining WSHB, Christopher gained extensive litigation experience. He handled complex family law matters for a prominent Westchester County law firm and served as an Assistant District Attorney for the Queens County District Attorney's Office.
Christopher graduated magna cum laude from the Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University. During law school, he was an article editor for the Pace Law Review and a member of the International Moot Court Team. He also holds a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from Pace University, where he was a Division II College Football Player.
