Overview

Dana Barbos is an associate attorney based in WSHB's New York Office. She specializes in defending medical malpractice claims and has extensive experience handling all aspects of litigation, from case inception through trial.

Before joining WSHB, Dana worked as an associate at a Manhattan defense firm, defending medical professionals and hospitals against high-exposure liability medical negligence claims. She also worked for the New York City's Housing Authority as an agency attorney, investigating Employment and Fair Housing Complaints. Dana received an Equal Employment Opportunity Professional Certificate from Cornell University during this time.

Dana attended Western New England University School of Law, graduating with a J.D. and a certificate in Transaction Law. While in law school, she participated in the Philip C. Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition, joined the Small Business Clinic, and aided a criminal defense attorney in defending accusations of capital offenses.

She is licensed to practice law in the State of New York.
