Overview
Darlene Hernandez is a member of the senior counsel class at WSHB's Riverside, California office, bringing over 20 years of litigation and trial experience to her practice. She specializes in business and real estate litigation, representing a wide range of clients including business owners, property managers, private money lenders, developers, and investors. Her expertise encompasses residential and commercial lease issues, foreclosure claims, construction defects, product defects, partnership and M&A disputes, dissolution actions, title curative actions, regulatory compliance, contract review, and residential and commercial lease review. Darlene also represents public agencies on actions to quiet title, obtain injunctive relief on easements, and enforcement of zoning ordinances.
Known for her resourcefulness and ability to work both independently and collaboratively, Darlene is dedicated to protecting and advancing client interests. She has been a member of the California State Bar since 1999 and the New York State Bar since 2004. Darlene has served as the president of the Pan Asian Lawyers of San Diego and the Filipino Lawyers of San Diego.
Outside of work, Darlene enjoys travel, distance running, dragon boat racing, reading, and baking.
