Overview
Donald Carbone is a senior associate attorney based in WSHB's Orlando office. He focuses his practice on construction litigation, commercial injury claims and litigation, and personal injury matters.
Donald represents national developers and general contractors in all phases of residential and commercial construction litigation. He has also represented policyholders in insurance coverage disputes and defended personal injury matters in industrial and construction settings.
His previous experience includes serving as an Assistant Public Defender in the Ninth Judicial Circuit of Florida. He also has extensive experience defending insurers in first-party property litigation.
Donald was born in Philadelphia and raised in Windermere, Florida. He attended Florida State University, where he earned his B.A. in English Literature. He then attended Barry University School of Law, graduating cum laude. During law school, he was selected as a Dean’s Study Fellow. He was also an associate editor and then senior editor on the Barry Law Review.
