Overview
Elizabeth MacGregor brings over two decades of experience litigating construction defects, product liability, and casualty claims. She tries cases in state and federal courts across Oregon, Washington, and Idaho. Among her clients are insurance companies and their insureds, including businesses, contractors, and individuals. She effectively resolves third-party liability claims that range from hundreds of thousands to millions of dollars in dispute. In and out of court, Elizabeth is particularly accomplished in defending all levels of construction defect and personal injury claims. She has first chaired many trials and arbitrations, including construction defects, product liability, and personal injury matters. Before joining WSHB, Elizabeth served as in-house counsel for a national insurer and outside panel counsel for several other national carriers.
