Gigi Gutierrez is a senior associate based in WSHB's Los Angeles office. She specializes in handling civil litigation and has developed a practice that primarily focuses on defending individual and commercial clients in disputes involving construction defects, habitability, HOA, landlord-tenant conflicts, breach of contract, and fraud cases.
Ms. Gutierrez graduated from Lincoln Law School in Sacramento. After completing her law studies and passing the California bar exam, she gained a wealth of trial experience as a deputy district attorney, prosecuting juvenile, misdemeanor, and felony offenses for almost ten years. Upon moving to Southern California, she shifted her focus to civil litigation.
