Overview

Haylee Booth is an associate attorney in the New Jersey office of WSHB. She focuses her practice on all facets of complex civil litigation, including the defense of manufacturers, contractors, engineers, architects, suppliers, and premises owners in toxic tort, personal injury, construction, professional liability, and commercial litigation.

Originally from Florida, Haylee received her Bachelor's in International Studies from the University of South Florida. During her undergraduate studies, she participated in a study abroad program in Spain, gaining fluency in the Spanish language and civilization. She then pursued her legal education by attending New England Law | Boston, where she earned her Juris Doctor. During law school, Haylee participated in the CORI initiative at New England Law | Boston Center of Law and Social Responsibility, assisting individuals in navigating the CORI sealing process. Haylee also participated in the school's Clinical Law Office program as an SJC Rule 3:03 Student Attorney, where she represented indigent clients in domestic relations matters, including counseling, interviewing, negotiation, and representation.

Before joining WSHB, Haylee defended an extensive range of clients as an associate at a large national law firm in Massachusetts. This experience gave her invaluable skills and knowledge to advocate zealously for firm clients.

Haylee is admitted to practice law in New Jersey and Massachusetts.
