Overview

Jaclyn Erasmus is a senior associate attorney at WSHB's Rio Grande Valley office. She specializes in handling complex civil litigation cases and has experience managing files from start to finish, including trial representation. She has extensive experience representing construction, transportation, business, and insurance companies.

Before joining WSHB, Jaclyn served as an Assistant District Attorney at the Hidalgo County District Attorney's Office-Civil Litigation Division in McAllen, Texas. During this time, she was responsible for drafting, reviewing, and revising contracts, providing legal opinions on various topics, and representing the County in claims and subrogation litigation. Jaclyn also conducted extensive research on case law and authorities pertaining to personal injury cases. 

Jaclyn holds a degree from the University of Massachusetts School of Law-Dartmouth and an undergraduate degree in Justice and Law Administration from Western Connecticut State University. She is licensed to practice law in both Texas and Connecticut.
