Overview

Jennifer Fletcher is a member of the senior counsel class at WSHB, based in the firm's New Jersey office. She is an experienced litigator with in-house and private practice experience handling claims in various industries, including retail, food and beverage, manufacturing, and transportation. Jennifer has a broad legal background, which includes expertise in commercial litigation, corporate/transactional, and contractual matters. She offers clients general legal advice and risk assessment on day-to-day business operations and corporate initiatives. She frequently appears in New York and New Jersey state and federal courts for pre-trial motions, conferences, and hearings in support of her clients.

As a result of her accomplishments, Ms. Fletcher was selected as an investigator for a four-year appointment by the Supreme Court of New Jersey for the Morris County District XB Ethics Committee, Western Morris and Sussex Counties, New Jersey. In this capacity, Jennifer directed, managed, and conducted complex investigations relating to potential ethics violations and alleged misconduct of attorneys in Western Morris and Sussex counties.

Jennifer earned her J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law, where she was the associate editor and symposium editor of the Seton Hall Circuit Review. She participated in the school’s International Human Rights Study Abroad Program in France and Switzerland. Jennifer was also a legal intern with the Hon. Deanne M. Wilson in the Superior Court of New Jersey’s Chancery Division, General Equity and Probate.
