Overview
Joseph A. Sulon is an experienced civil litigation associate at WSHB’s Philadelphia office. His primary practice areas include commercial and business litigation, complex torts and casualty, product liability, and construction matters.
Before joining WSHB, Joseph gained significant experience working as a general civil litigation attorney. In this capacity, he handled all aspects of the civil litigation process, including initial pleading drafting, discovery, and court appearances. Joseph has argued many cases at trial and achieved successful verdicts for his clients. His experience in various civil litigation matters gives him the skills to efficiently resolve cases and achieve the best resolution possible for firm clients.
Joseph earned his Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from Temple University. He continued his education at the William S. Richardson School of Law at the University of Hawaii, where he received his law degree. While in law school, Joseph participated as an oralist and researcher for the Jessup International Law Moot Court team. Joseph also interned for the Office of the Attorney General of Palau, Ministry of the Natural Resources Environment and Tourism, where he worked on environmental legislation matters.
