Overview
Joshua Cervantes is an associate attorney in WSHB’s Riverside office. He focuses his practice on complex civil litigation, including employment, transportation matters, professional liability, wrongful death, and catastrophic injuries. He is also experienced in the handling of intellectual property disputes as well as assisting clients with compliance and consumer protection issues.
Joshua earned his bachelor’s degree in History at California Baptist University, graduating magna cum laude. He received his J.D. from the University of San Diego School of Law, where he served as a member of the Business Law Society and as an Attorney-Liaison for the La Raza Law Students Association.
In his free time, Joshua enjoys playing drums, soccer, and volunteering at his local church.
