Overview
Joshua Cole is an associate attorney in WSHB's Raleigh, North Carolina, office. He specializes in handling commercial litigation, employment law, construction liability, and wrongful death cases. Josh assists clients in all phases of litigation, including pre-trial discovery, settlement negotiations, mediation, and trial.
Originally from Asheville, North Carolina, Josh earned a B.A. in Political Science and his J.D. from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. While in law school, he was a member of the Corporate Moot Court Team and served as a first-chair member for two years. Josh also completed externships at the UNC Office of University Counsel and the North Carolina Center for Actual Innocence.
Apart from his legal career, Josh has been an Eagle Scout for over ten years. He also enjoys recreational mixed martial arts and supporting others in their own competitive endeavors.
