Overview
Joshua Lovelady is an associate attorney at WSHB's Las Vegas, Nevada, office. His practice centers on complex civil litigation, with an emphasis on construction defects, property management, and habitability litigation.
Josh graduated from the William S. Boyd School of Law at UNLV, where he received an academic scholarship. While in law school, he completed internships at several non-profit law firms, including the Legal Aid Center of Southern Nevada, where he worked on divorce and custody cases. He also interned with the Legal Aid Society in New York, gaining valuable experience in property management and tenant litigation.
