Overview
Justin Leise is a partner at WSHB based in our firm's Orlando and Miami offices. His legal practice focuses on representing clients in construction-related litigation and arbitration cases, which include construction defect, negligence, breach of contract, building code violations, warranty disputes, and unfair trade practices. Justin regularly advocates for developers and general contractors across all facets of construction disputes throughout Florida. Additionally, he has extensive experience in guiding clients through insurance coverage matters and strategies for transferring third-party risks.
Justin, a native of Florida, grew up in Orlando and graduated from Bishop Moore High School. He pursued his passion for law early in his career, commencing at a Central Florida firm while still in his freshman year. Starting as a file clerk and progressing to a paralegal role, Justin remained with the firm until he embarked on his legal education at Barry University School of Law. During law school, he excelled as an editor for the Barry Law Review, received book awards for outstanding performance in Legal Research and Writing I and II, and was chosen as a Dean's Writing Fellow and a legal research and writing teaching assistant.
