Overview

Kelly has practiced as a senior labor and employment attorney, acting as lead litigation counsel on complex wage/hour class actions for over fifteen years. She has extensive experience defending employers in all areas of labor and employment matters, including: complex wage/hour, class actions, PAGA representative actions, prevailing wage, NLRB, Labor Commissioner charges, collective bargaining, discrimination, harassment, EEOC, wrongful termination, workers compensation, OSHA, FCRA, FMLA and ADA matters.

Kelly is also experienced with providing advice and counsel for business clients, including, drafting employee handbooks, human resources policies and procedures to ensure compliance with current law, negotiating and drafting executive employment contracts. She is passionate about assisting employers and employees resolve workplace issues, with little disruption to the business mission and leaving the parties in a position to move forward with their professional relationship.

When not working on cases, Kelly enjoys time outside tending to her family’s mini-orchard, hiking, rock carving and beading.
