Overview
Kyle Woodford is an accomplished associate attorney in WSHB’s Tampa office. His practice is focused on handling a wide range of insurance coverage issues. He also handles data breach class actions, incident response, and regulatory matters and other claims arising from data security incidents and alleged privacy violations as a member of WSHB's Cybersecurity & Data Privacy team. Kyle also enjoys considerable experience in complex civil litigation, including personal injury and premises liability.
Before joining WSHB, Kyle worked at a boutique plaintiff firm in Florida where he handled personal injury matters and class actions in state and federal courts across the country. His diverse litigation background and experience enables him to approach each case uniquely to achieve the best results for his clients.
Kyle holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Florida and earned his law degree from Stetson University College of Law. He is fluent in Spanish and conversational in Portuguese. Outside of work, Kyle enjoys running marathons across the country.
