Overview
Lindsay Le is an accomplished associate attorney at WSHB's San Diego office, where she specializes in handling complex civil litigation, with a particular emphasis on medical malpractice defense and employment litigation.
Ms. Le obtained her Juris Doctor from the University of San Diego School of Law. After graduating from law school, she advocated for victims of California wildfires and represented employees in cases involving misclassification and wage and hour violations, both individually and in class actions. Lindsay is licensed to practice law in the State of California and the United States District Court for the Central District of California.
Prior to embarking upon her legal career, Lindsay attended the University of California, San Diego, obtaining her Bachelor of Science in Political Science.
