Overview

Logan Nelsen is an experienced associate attorney in WSHB’s Boston office. He is a member of the Intellectual Property team and handles intellectual property matters, including copyright infringement. He is also a member of the Cybersecurity and Data Privacy team, where he works on data breach investigations and privacy and cyber litigation. In addition, Logan has experience in professional liability, products liability, employment liability, construction litigation, wrongful death, and personal injury litigation.

Logan graduated from New England Law | Boston in the top 25% of his class with his J.D. and a certificate in Intellectual Property Law. While in law school, he served as treasurer of the Intellectual Property Law Association and competed in the Saul Lefkowitz Trademark and Unfair Competition Moot Court Competition as part of New England Law’s moot court team. Logan also served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Judge Anthony Campo in Suffolk County Superior Court, assisting Judge Campo in criminal and civil sessions. Logan earned his undergraduate degree in Political Science and History from the University of South Carolina.
