Overview
McDavid Flowers is a distinguished and seasoned member of our senior counsel class based in WSHB's Alabama offices. With nearly 15 years of experience as a trial attorney, McDavid has developed strong expertise in handling a wide range of complex civil litigation cases. His areas of focus include insurance coverage, disaster litigation, environmental, toxic tort, and occupational exposure matters.
Before joining WSHB, McDavid gained substantial experience working in the insurance industry, where his practice centered on pollution, molestation, and other health hazards, including claims in the mass tort context. He was previously a trial attorney handling catastrophic injury, wrongful death, construction litigation, and product liability.
McDavid earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Alabama School of Law. He also holds a Master of Environmental Management from Duke University and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Auburn University.
