Overview

Nicolette Saenz is an associate attorney based in WSHB's Dallas office, handling adventure park litigation and complex tort matters.

Nicolette earned her law degree from St. Mary’s University School of Law. Her previous experience includes working as a criminal defense attorney and an Assistant District Attorney for Bexar County, where she worked in the Conviction Integrity Unit on wrongful conviction cases. From these roles, she brings invaluable trial, litigation, and courtroom experience to the firm.

Before attending law school, Nicolette earned an undergraduate degree in Political Science from the University of Texas at San Antonio, where she co-founded the University’s Moot Court Association.

In recognition of her work, Nicolette was named a Rising Star in S.A. Magazine in 2022. She is an active member of the San Antonio Young Lawyers Association and the Mexican American Bar Association of San Antonio.
