Overview

PJ Benasillo is an associate attorney at WSHB's New York office, where he focuses on complex civil litigation. His experience includes litigating intricate multi-party subrogation and property loss claims, as well as handling transportation law cases and general liability matters. PJ has successfully argued and won two trials.

A graduate of Fordham Law School, PJ competed as a member of three distinct competition teams at Fordham -- the Brendan Moore Trial Advocacy team, Fordham Sports Law Society's Sports Negotiation team, the Dispute Resolution Society's INADR competition team, which he ultimately coached as a 3L. In addition, PJ founded the Fordham Mental Health Society while in law school in the pursuit of benefitting his fellow students who struggled with anxiety and other issues of mental health while enrolled in law school.

When not working, PJ is an avid baseball fan, and on weekends in the summer, you can often find him attending Yankee games.
