Overview

Rachel Chewning is senior counsel in the Jacksonville, Florida, office of WSHB. She represents builders, developers, and general contractors in various matters, including construction defect claims, bodily injury, and general liability issues.

Rachel is a cum laude graduate of the Levin College of Law at the University of Florida. During her time in law school, she completed internships with the State Attorney's Office and a local judge. After graduating, she gained significant trial experience as an assistant public defender in the 4th Circuit.

She is a member of the Jacksonville Bar Association and the Jacksonville Women Lawyers Association.

Outside of her professional life, Rachel enjoys Florida's warm weather and spending time with family.
